Not too long ago I became a fan of Dr. Rhonda Patrick and her views on ways to get healthy by using food as a medicine. One of the ways I have benefited from her advice is by getting more micro nutrients in my diet which has led to me feeling a noticeable difference in my daily mood. I kind of feel great theses days and I attribute it to my better diet and exercise. Here is an example of one of her talks. Specifically I highly recommend getting more magnesium and potassium in your diet asap, whether through food or vitamin.
