For some reason, when we are able to be courageous and sincere in the face of our disabilities it has the paradoxical effect of making us more lovable.
So, what if you are different from other people? It doesn’t really matter. It is neither being different, or being average, or “normal” — or whether we are ugly or beautiful, or smart or dumb — these aren’t the things that make a human being great.
Instead, we are at our greatest, and perhaps most lovable, when we are our truest selves.
Be yourself, embrace your flaws, fall in love with you. Because you are fucking awesome.
